The new Precision Shear Forstner Bits are engineered for superior performance and clean results. Featuring a double-ground, razor-sharp serrated edge, these bits slice smoothly through wood during rotation, reducing splintering and chipping while delivering flawless flat-bottom holes. The innovative geometric design incorporates multiple cutting edges that enhance shearing action, enabling faster rotational speeds and more efficient cutting.
Unlike traditional Forstner bit designs that produce fine dust and chips—leading to increased friction, heat buildup, and premature dulling—the Precision Shear bits minimize debris while their serrated edges maintain cleaner cuts with minimal sanding required.
